Need new workout program(HELP)

About 2 years ago I lost 65 pounds by just working-out 7 times a week and low calories diet. Now I will like to start bodybuilding and enter my first show on July 15 2006
My problem is I have a slow metabolism and I gain weight very fast. Right now Most of my body fat come from my legs, hips and butt area. I only eat 2 times a day, and I workout 4-5 times a week. Can anyone please help me? I need to focus on my legs, hips and butt area. Right now I am 5’7 165-170, my goal is to get cut. Lightweight 155 for my first show, then move up slowly in mass. I will take any ideals or suggestions. My pics @ 165 pounds.

Eating 2 times a day will make your metabolism plummet. You gotta eat 5-6 smaller meals a day.

eating six times a day is essential, try doing exercises such as romanian dead lifts, leg press, sqwatts etc exercises that work the quads and glutes will aid in cutting this area do around 12-20 reps. Also essential fatty acids such as flaxseed oil is esential as this acts like kindling to a fire your weight loss will decrease significantly
