I'm 37 and took up weight training about 6 months ago. I get lots of aches and pains that I don't remember from being a weight lifting teenager; all to be expected I guess and they come and go.
I've got a nagging problem with my left forearm. If I bend my arm (so I'm touching my chin) and then rotate my wrist, I get a sharpish pain at the top of my forearm below the elbow.
Once I fully load up with weight (curls) at the gym the problem subsides but will always ber there, possibly worse, the next day.
Any advice would be appreciated.
