Do any of you think the supplement Nutrex Lipo 6 can help me lose all that fat. My main concern is what if I lose all that fat by taking the supplement and when I stop using it, all the fat returns. Can this happen. Should I try it?
Thanks

Clean up your diet should be your first priority, but if you going to go with fat burners just try and keep the weight loss around 2 lbs a week any more you might jump back up to your original weight quick. once you get off your fat burner and get to your goal weight dont pig out always keep your weight in check.

I weight lift only, I do not do any cardio. I don't know how much I should be burning and keeping a diet is actually pretty hard. I'm thinking maybe I should build enough muscle maybe 215 lbs and when i think i have enough lean mass, I should start the cutting process. If i lose weight now, then I want to gain muscle, I would prolly put on fat since I'll be eating more often.

Then you are not serious about what you are doing. Meal planning and diet tracking is the first thing you should do. People do not realize how important nutrition and your diet is to changing your body.Just lift heavy a$$ weights and eat on dat healthy s**t!
