Protein- 1.0g x body weight
Carbs- 1.5g x body weight
Fat- .25g x body weight
Day 2:
Protein- 1.5g x body weight
Carbs- .50g x body weight
Fat- .25g x body weight
Day 3:
Protein- 1.5g x body weight
Carbs- .50g x body weight
Fat- .25g x body weight
Day 4:
Protein: 1.0g x body weight
Carbs- 2.0 x body weight
Fat- .25 x body weight
Also working out 4 times a week, w/ cardio twice a week.
I was at 10% BF when i first began this cycle 3 weeks ago, and i have not been measured since. 150 lbs 5'6...Competing in 6 weeks for my first show. Im looking for any comments about the diet, or any suggestions that you could make. Any help would be appreciated!
