What's the weight limit on a milk crate?

You know, those hard plastic crates with no interior meant to hold milk bottles and has two handles?

I'm just wondering how much weight they can hold if I use it for a box squat with a concrete tile on top of it. I would'nt ever like to break it open! Thanks friends!

So you think it could hold weights past 300 maybe even 400? Is that the heaviest you've ever used with a crate? I wonder if Westside knows(Hint:foreshadowing!)
