i use their whey forever and their high-performance creatine on my bulks.
they're creatine is great it has taurine(like energy drink), sugar and obviosly creatine. the sugar and creatine obviosly go hand in hand and the extra taurine is perfect for heavy workouts.

Just bought a 2-lb tub of chocolate whey today. Drank about 1.5 scoops. Mixed great, not a single clump. And it did taste like watered-down hot cocoa (not hot of course). I was gonna buy the Creatine mix too, not the powder, but apparently you're supposed to be 18 to buy creatine. I never knew that

If I was going to buy a brand of creatine from Wal Mart it would be the Six Star brand. Way better ingredient profile and if I'm not mistaken, it's a bit cheaper but it's only 2.5lbs.

From what I've seen, Super NOS Pump is $29.99 at Wal Mart. I'd much rather pick up SuperPump 250 for that price. You can find it online for less than the price of that Super NOS stuff and it's a much better quality product IMO.
