What about their Creatine? Most Creatine I see only says to take 5grams per serving. Body Fortress Creatine says to take one scoop of their's which is like 43-46grams per serving I believe. Doesn't this sound like alot? Is it a bigger serving because of the lower grade it is compared to the more expensive products?
Thanks for your guys replies by the way.I had all the normal teenage fantasies..cars, girls, money, blow. Then my parents left for a week, and all my fantasies came true!

Is Super NOS Blast Creatine? Also, how much is it at Wal-Mart? I'm going to try to look for their Pure Creatine at Wal-Mart. I'm also going to start buying their Protein and Creatine. It's alot cheaper and I'm on a budget. Target only sales their High Performance Creatine and Protein. I haven't checked out Wal-Mart though.

For a month full of workouts it is 30 dollars. There are 22 servings, but you don't take it on days you don't workout (I do to get the pump even when I'm not lifting, but it's much more reasonable to just buy a basic monohydrate for your off days). So, look into picking up both to make the NOS blast last longer.
It's a quality product that, even given what's out in the industry, I will probably buy again...

I need to go buy some BF products this week. I'm going to look for their Super NOS, High Performance Creatine, and their Whey Protein. I just wished they made a 5lb Whey Protein instead of their 2lb one.
Has anyone taken their Super NOS Pump?I had all the normal teenage fantasies..cars, girls, money, blow. Then my parents left for a week, and all my fantasies came true!

I just meant the whey the use is not the top of the line. For example, its main ingredient is whey concentrate where as in higher priced proteins the main ingredient usually is whey isolates which are a higher grade then concentrates. Its still a great protein for the price and does contain isolates, just not as the first ingredient.

im using BF whey, they chocolate taste fine! especially with half milk half water, its certainly doing its job. im also using their 100% creatine monohydrate, 3 tablespoons a day. i wish i could find the 5 pounder, the 2 pounder goes QUICK, but yeah great product for a great price, its a bit cheaper here at Meijer than it is at walmart but i know meijer isnt everywhere.
