If your asking if their quality is worth your money, and will do the job for how cheap it is, then by all means YES. They are a good company, their products will get the job done.

Like the others said, they do offer a good product for the price. It is lower grade stuff but it still does the job nice for someone on a budget.

What about their Creatine? Most Creatine I see only says to take 5grams per serving. Body Fortress Creatine says to take one scoop of their's which is like 43-46grams per serving I believe. Doesn't this sound like alot? Is it a bigger serving because of the lower grade it is compared to the more expensive products?

Thanks for your guys replies by the way.

There are other things in the formula. The creatine is 5.25 grams of mono, which is good. I've been on Super NOS Blast for almost a couple weeks and it's awesome. Great stuff, wish it was offered on bb.com, but walmart is always around so it's all good...

Is Super NOS Blast Creatine? Also, how much is it at Wal-Mart? I'm going to try to look for their Pure Creatine at Wal-Mart. I'm also going to start buying their Protein and Creatine. It's alot cheaper and I'm on a budget. Target only sales their High Performance Creatine and Protein. I haven't checked out Wal-Mart though.

Super NOS blast has a full serving of creatine, but it's mainly a pump product. Their normal creatine product is only creatine I think...

Does it keep your muscles more pumped or something? Could you take Super NOS and their Creatine together or no?

Thanks for all the help guys.

If I remember correctly, Body Fortress is made by one of the major supplement companies (I wanna say MT, but don't quote me...but it's a big co.).

Taking Super NOS and their creatine together would be overkill. Both have a full serving of creatine monohydrate. It is a pump product, so there is some extra vascularity and muscle hardness. And yes, it's comparable to NO-Xplode.

For a month full of workouts it is 30 dollars. There are 22 servings, but you don't take it on days you don't workout (I do to get the pump even when I'm not lifting, but it's much more reasonable to just buy a basic monohydrate for your off days). So, look into picking up both to make the NOS blast last longer.

It's a quality product that, even given what's out in the industry, I will probably buy again...

Yeah, that would make the NOS Blast last for a full month, instead of 22 days.

I need to go buy some BF products this week. I'm going to look for their Super NOS, High Performance Creatine, and their Whey Protein. I just wished they made a 5lb Whey Protein instead of their 2lb one.

Has anyone taken their Super NOS Pump?
I had all the normal teenage fantasies..cars, girls, money, blow. Then my parents left for a week, and all my fantasies came true!

I just meant the whey the use is not the top of the line. For example, its main ingredient is whey concentrate where as in higher priced proteins the main ingredient usually is whey isolates which are a higher grade then concentrates. Its still a great protein for the price and does contain isolates, just not as the first ingredient.

for NOS Pump it says to take half a serving 30 mintues before training and drink the rest during training.

Is that neccesary, or could i jsut take a full serving 30 minutes prior like other pre-workout supps.

Could go either way. I usually do it all preworkout to get the full effects of the pump. Either way it won't hurt you.

It's exactly like what the guy above said. You can do it either way. Some people like sipping it throughout their workout while other enjoy taking the whole thing preworkout. You will get the effects of the product either way you decide to use it.

im using BF whey, they chocolate taste fine! especially with half milk half water, its certainly doing its job. im also using their 100% creatine monohydrate, 3 tablespoons a day. i wish i could find the 5 pounder, the 2 pounder goes QUICK, but yeah great product for a great price, its a bit cheaper here at Meijer than it is at walmart but i know meijer isnt everywhere.

Super NOS PumP does not contain any creatine......The main active ingredient is
L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate...............unless you were refering to their Super NOS BLAST product...that has both creatine monohydrate and L-Arginine and other great ingredients
