    I believe it contains androstendione. That is very very old school and is not worth touching. There are much more up to date PH's to choose from, androdiol, 1-ad and 1-test, nordiol. Do a search on these, you can get these from reputable companies such as ergopharm, molecular nutrition, avant labs, try www. 1fast400 .com

    1TU is a steroid....but you probably took creatine with it. You also probably ate 18 to 20 calories per pound of bodyweight and you also probably ate 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

    BTW, people also swore by Anotesten, Nortesten and Andro-6! What does a few hundred people on this board who praise 4-diol mean...NOTHING!

    Sorry, not trying to get any one upset, but most people attribute all their gains to PH's instead of nutrition and other supplements, because they relate to them a super physiological pharmokinetics...DRUGS.
