New Rules for 2008?
1. You are not allowed to use the word/words....older, old timer, old guy/gal, old goat, crumudgion, AARPster, wheezer, geezer, aging, washed up, ancient, fossil, or zombie unless you are at least 60years old.
2. Newbies are required to use the search button 3 times prior to their first question. And to shorten this process:
a. Yes you can gain muscle and strength after age 35.
b. No, excess protein will not make you go blind.
c. Yes we love you and you are welcome here.
d. Sorry, no one in here knows why the sky is blue.
3. All posts must contain the words bodybuilding or bodybuilder at least once.
4. Lady questions can best be answered by other ladies and we have some dy-no-mite gals in here who know their stuff....OK men?
5. Same goes for men questions...OK ladies. You know nothin about my cantalope sized prostate.
6. OT thread starters will be required to do an xtra set of high rep butt to the floor squats once a week for a year.
Now lets go out there and kick some weights around and stop all this fal de rha.

Great post from a long-time Bodybuilder! (I think that meets the requirement of not saying the "O" word!  )
LOL...I'll ponder this a bit and add some of my thoughts later, that is, if you don't mind, and if it doesn't get yer' walker wheels jammed.

Good one! I was just reading off the thread titles to my wife this morning. It is nice to have people to talk about things with. You say more online than in person. I remember my first post on here. I worked out over 20 years ago. Can I expect a lot of that strength to come back? Lol. I think if it wasn't for newbies on here we would never talk weights. The so called old timers don't seem to start threads on BB talk much.

7) no curling in the squat rack ,
7a) no bitching about getting speared with a oly bar for curling in the squat rack .
8) if you dont have a avatar , pics , stats , workout and diet logs running . shut your hole about how you would do it better/quicker/blah blah blah . dont bag on someone who is doing their best when you dont have the balls to post your info . period . no pics/stats = no credibility
9) If you ask for info on workouts/diet and get it . respect it . dont tell someone they are full of **** when YOU posted you were looking for help . If you dont agree . fine . Their are thousands of people doing every kind of workout here . some you will like some you wont . but everyone is investing their own time to help YOU . no one gets a paycheck .
10) creatine is not a steriod . but Chocolate MIGHT be
