After my chest workout my pecs are....
soft when i push on them (while flexing) what does this mean?
does it mean i broke down lots of muscle fibres?

are they hard the next day? if not, then you've just got fat on your chest, if yes, then you worked them till you can't flex them anymore.

ino that, but does that mean it was a good work out? and how can u tell if u worked ur tris well? i cant even put any weight on mine or they give out.

on tri's I know I did a good work out if when I flex them I can't see any definition. I know it doesn't apply to everyone, but it works for me.

it means you worked to failure. do you want to still be able to bench 200+ AFTER you've worked out? NO! of course not, so yes, that's a good workout, as long as it didn't go longer than 45 minutes.
