    Losing the last ten pounds

I am cutting and I am trying to get those last few pounds off. I seem to just keep maintaning. I dropped my cal intake but I just seem to have maintain. I did cheat to help fire up my metabolism but that doesn't seem to be really contributing. I just maintain! Should I stop the calorie diet and trying something else now to try and lose?

Well, to state the obvious, if it ain't working, change something. First thing you should do is post your height/weight/bodyfat% so people can give good advice.

Reading between the lines of your post, I'm guessing you aren't managing your macros (carb/protein/fat), just your calories. Look into carb cycling or keto diets, those have kickstarted my -- and many others' -- metabolism when hitting plateaus.

I hate to be a dik not to hijack but ive been askin this question for a while, I just started carb cycling and so far it seems to be working, well I lost alot of water weight so far. I do one day 0-15 carbs, and the next day 100-200 carbs, and then repeat. Am I doing the carb cycling diet right? im not sure.. Im doing my high carbs on the days I work out, and the 0 carbs on days I dont.

Carb cycling doesn't have to be complicated - what you're doing will work. You are right to have the carbs on workout days. You can increase the effectiveness a bit more by doing two things -- focus your meals so that you're having a good chunk of the carbs (say 1/3 to 1/2) immediately after your workout and in your first real post-workout meal about an hour later. The other thing you can do to increase effectiveness is go for two low/no carb days back-to-back each week.
