alright ducky
what i always stress is 6 meals a day
Breakfast
midmorning meal
lunch
afternoon meal
dinner
before bed meal

almost all your carbs should come from complex carbs, high in fiber, which are your whole foods
-wholewheat breads, oats, brown rice ect
plus many veggies n some fruits
the only time u should have simple carbs is post workout

your protein should come from a variety of sources such as lean meats wich cary essential amino acids and other things like soy and peanut butter wich carry non essention amino acids
i do recomend u get a whey protein because its an easy way to get the protein you need
and its extremely good for post workout
