I would like to know it this would be the same as cocunut oil because here in brasil is really hard to find coconut oil but coconut milk is easy and really cheap.....i wanted to have all thos MCTs to power my work out and i would like to know if coconut milk will do the trick...THANKS!!!

No.
Coconut oil is 100% fat, used for frying or even soap.
Coconut milk is 70% water and 20% fat, used in cooking curries etc.

yes i know this...but i would like to know if the fat content of coconut milk is those thermic MCTs too...the coconut milk i got here is 5g fat per 20ml..being 4g saturated....this 4gs are MCTs??

Coconut Milk isn't the same as Coconut Oil, but you can still have it and it will still have some MCTS.
I don't know what food is like there in Brazil, but just make sure it's real coconut milk, no added sugars or any other ingredients.

Don't know how it racks up on MCT, but it's a perfect keto food. 1oz of fresh coconut meat has 98 cals, 1g protein, 10g fat and 1g carbs (less if you subtract fibre)
65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
