I think some weight training with a lot of 15 reps each set and 30 sec rest between each set and lot and lots of cardio. That would make someone lose weight fast. Plus 5-6 clean meals a day. What do you guys think?

Whats with this high rep/low weight thing everyones obsessed with? Every time you go to the gym to lift weight, you should be focused on one thing- building/maintaining muscle. Low reps(8-12), heavy weight. Thats the only way to do it. I'd eat 5-6 meals daily, make sure my macros are worked out, and 4-5 cardio sessions a week.

Probably do what they're doing. I'd care more about the money then maintaining the worthless 20lbs of muscle I have ridden with intramuscular fat. Besides, any diet and exercise would be better than just living my life poorly previously.

Yeah, I'd just do what they're doing to try with the money. It's not that terrible of a way really. Three hours of intense cardio a day and 1800 calorie diet. The cardio would keep your metabolism cruising pretty good.
Of course the only guy went from like 300-204 in 3 months and I look waaay leaner than he does. So that's not very fun if you lean out at like 150lbs after months of training.History: Mar, 2001: 135lbs @ ~14% | Nov, 2004: 245lbs @ ~40% | Dec, 2006: 168lbs @ 5.5%ish | Nov, 2008: 177lbs @ 5.5%ish | Dec, 2016: 179lbs

At my fitness level currently, I'd run and run and run and run
maybe 10 - 15 miles over the course of the day 3 -4 days a week
I'd alternate days 10 - 15 miles a day running with 6 miles a day walking.
I'd be a little more careful with diet as well.
If were fat and out of shape, I'd try to walk 10 miles a day and cut my cals to about 1800.
