the calculator i used for your stats, says around 2550 cals will give you about 1/2 lb pe week of gain. that was under the assumption that you work out 4-5 times a week. But yea, like the above poster says, monitor yourself for a week or 2 at the 2400 cals you are eating now, and just add 100cals a week until you start noticing some gains in your lifts at the gym.
The best way to monitor your bf% is to get calipers. I find that my weight fluctuates quite a bit so its hard to tell by jumpin on the scale or looking in the mirror. It could be something simple like eating something with a lot of sodium, which will make you reatain more water and look more bloated than you really are.

Personally I would say eat more. British government recomendeds 2550 calories for an averaged sized man. Assuming you train hard to bulk you should take in more than 2400.

eat 2400-2500 for a week. weigh yourself in the morning on monday after your morning pee or dump before breakfast...weigh yourself the following monday same senerio. if you gain weight (ie. .5-1.5 lbs) keep it like that (if you wanna gain that much) if you feel you have gained to much drop it down 200 cals and do another week. If you feel you arent gaining enough up it 200-300 calories and do another week on 2700-2800 calories. Experiment until you find what works best for the weight you'd like to gain.
