make sure you have no regrets after your season, make sure that you worked as hard as you could, that there was absolutley nothing else you could have done to get ready for your season, and in the season play within yourself, do your best and only your best, and make sure all of it is for the betterment of your team, and if you do that your senior year will be statisfiying

in regaurds to workouts, use the damn search button.
in regaurds to making it a fufilling senior year of football, live every day as if it is your last because you are only as good as your last day and you never know what might happen. nobody gives a **** what you were 2 years ago, all they care about is who/what you are now. you could be a fuggin abercrombie model, get in a car crash and are a vegetable with a ****ed up face. nobody will give a **** about you. how does this relate to football? don't get complacent. work your ass off day in and day out and know that you are doing everything you can to be a winner. when you let down, is when somebody else will step up. it could be the guy behind you looking for your spot, or the guy across from you wanting to make you his bitch. or if you aren't starting now, don't let up because you dont know what might happen to the guy in front of you. injuries happen. things in personal life happen. a great example of this is my buddy gav. he was a starter all 4 years. senior year he plays DE. on one play, the QB broke free, and he chased him down and was dragging him down. at the same time, our 285lb DT also caught the qb and landed directly on gav's ankle. this fractured both the tibia and fibula right above the malleoli, and tore most of the ligaments and tendons in the area. needless to say, his ankle was effed. he needed total reconstructive surgery, and to this day still walks with a limp. he will probably never play sports again at any level, but he can at least say he went down fighting.
bottom line, make the best of it. it is probably the last chance you'll get to play the game and have fun with your friends. most of all the memories will last with you forever. do you want them to be good or bad? make the best of it, have fun and dont stop your feet.

yes that is the best advice
lifting 6-7 times a week isn't going to make you stronger, i will guarantee you that. your body needs time to repair and grow new muscle. what you do on your off days is just as important as what you do when you lift. lift 4 times a week, the end....no discussionGrowing like a weed

workout only 4 times a week...work on your speed...eat right

how the hell do u lift 6-7x a week... u lift almost everyday?
how are u doing ur split, cuz thats def not gonna get u better. if u do body part split, thats like a bodybuidler-esque workout that will get u nowhere. uve got to focus on compound lifts so upperbody/lowerbody splits are the best.
how about you check out defrancostraining.com and read up there. u will get sum great ass advice. and on top of that, check out westside for skinny bastards 3, a great workout for u seeing as how u wanna get stronger and faster/explosive.1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
