I was under the impression that you can finally see all of them without flexing around 9%
Im around 12 [I think ] and I can see my abs when I wake up and go flex in the mirror right away. I can see a little bit of ab about half as well when I flex after eating and drinking.
Its going to be on the lower end if you dont do ab specific work - and its hard to say because people always guess bf numbers. The curve fluctuates a lot.Last edited by 636 HunteR; 12-29-2007 at 04:05 PM.

8 to 14%. It is different for different people.
On the individual:
His responses grow intelligent, or gain meaning, simply because he lives and acts in a medium of accepted meanings and values. Through social intercourse, through sharing in the activities embodying beliefs, he gradually acquires a mind of his own. The conception of mind as a purely isolated possession of the self is at the very antipodes of the truth.
- John Dewey
All are lunatics, but he who can analyze his delusion is called a philosopher.
