I desperatly need to bulk, i have just been eating whey protien, and results suck, i eat like a pig yet my metabolism is so fast i cant gain ****!! I need to bulk, do you know of a non hardcore place to purchase bulking material?? Anything will help, im 138, 16, and i have been working out for about 1 month, and not very much in the way of results.

Use the search button, also, if you want stuff for bulking, you should go to the supplement sections, they can load you up with supps for bulking up.....

i need to purchase stuff not ONLINE, dont have a credit card and parents dont like the idea of suppliments you kno..it sucks, but i gotta find an alternitive.

Make sure to eat good food. If you eat a ton of junk food, that won't get you anywhere. There are a ton of bulking articles on bodybuilding.com
