    Exclamation Painful shoulder possibly rotatoer cuff???

    About 3 weeks ago, I hurt my shoulder while preparing to do skull crushers.
    When I Jerked the bar up something in my right shoulder started to hurt and its continued to hurt ever since. The pain is in the back side of my shoulder joint. It hurts to do push ups, military press and other things. I tried working out today and the pain still was there. The pain isn't all that bad but I just don't want to make it worse.
    Does anyone think this is a rotator cuff injury or if not what do you think it is. And what can I do to rehab this?

    when i was playing baseball and football I had a simmilar problem, the doctor that I went to see told me it was tendentious, I reccommend that you go see a doctor and have it checked out. In my case all i had to do was take a few weeks off and take anti-inflamitory medication. I would try to be careful if I was you and take a few weeks off to prevent anything worse from happening.
