What do you mix with your protien powder to pick up a few extra carbs?
I am looking for something I can mix in my post-workout shake to get a few extra carbs out of it. I am aware of the basic ones, bananas, honey, ect. but are there any that i havent thought of that would be easy to throw in?? Also, does anyone combine protien powders? Optimun Whey for example, extremely low carbs, has anyone ever thrown in a scoop on N large to boost the carb count? Keeping in mind that this is only for post workout where a portion of carbs is good. Any other suggestions?
