Almost 0 cal dip - used with celery this time

I'm on an aggressive cutting program, so my options are limited. I came up with this dip for celery.

To taste, but approximate amount listed:
Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/8 cup
Low Sodium Soy (Kikkoman is the best) - 1/8 cup
    Horseradish - 1T
    Mustard - 1T
    Sriracha - 1T
    Chicken Bouillon - small spoonful

It's still a little thin, so i spooned it on each piece of celery. This would be great with sauteed chicken or beef. It's similar to the sauce they serve at hibachi restaurants.
oh and gecko that link did not contain answers only the search page - swiftness_02

Is it literally just a liquid? Like what gives it its body/ability not to just run back off the celery? haha

add in some walden farms mayo-ranch or any other of their "thick" sauces, and you have a stabilizer. and a winner!

How expensive is it in America? For example a 500g (17oz) tub of peanut butter over here would be like $5 but the equivalent of Walden Farm stuff is like $8-9 (for the same quantity). It just seems really expensive plus I'd have to have it posted to me because the nearest shop is like 600km + away

THIS. There are very few food products i don't like to eat.. but walden farms PB is literally the most horrendous product i've ever had the displeasure of tasting. It is unreal how bad it is. Caramel sauces, syrups, etc are all pretty good considering they are calorie free, but the PB is just simply inedible.
