It seems that there are quite a few people on here from Ottawa, Ontario on this thing. So far I've got mike d, Sol_Krym, SuperKid(/2), and myself.

Just kinda freaks me out to think that we could have been sitting next to each other on a bus and not have realized it...

i have family in ottawa so i'm there when i visit them though

its crazy when ya think about it, i have noticed a lot of people from london, ontario on here too... and i'm there pretty often visiting friends in school

Have you been to Popeye's? I've been getting protein cheaper there than i can find online once you factor in USD, duty, or shipping (even though most places are free shipping).

awesome man, even if its not that exact brand, i just want a 10lb tub/bag of chocolate decent tasting whey for a decent price (that doesnt clump up in a shaker cup). the last crap i bought was a 5lb tub of cytosports strawberry/banana, and it tastes like a mixture of wood+ass. i still have like 3lbs of it and its nasty, i want to puke these days when i mix it with water.

I got my gf this wicked FRUIT BLAST Tropical Mango stuff that mixes really quickly and tastes awsome, even in water. I've got MUSCLE MILK and 5 lbs of ON 100% choc mink for myself.

i love muscle milk, but my last batch i paid 50 bucks for a 2.2lb jug, and man, thats just too expensive for me at the time. i started a new job recently, so i'm looking forward to getting some more, that stuffs like crack (chocolate, cookies n' creme)
