OK I'm taking creatine and NO twice a day and already my dick is getting bigger. I was thinking because it's getting bigger from my supplements maybe I should work it out too...
cock pushups - 2 sets to failure
dick raises - 2x10
third-legged deadlift - 2x8
Since cock pushups are a bodyweight exercise, I should just go to failure and I'll be able to do them more and more as I progress. The dick raises are more of an isolation so higher reps with medium weight seems logical. I definitely want to do heavy on the TLDL's though, to really produce some growth stimuli.
What do you guys think of my split? I don't want to overtrain my love muscle because I use it a lot already. How many times a week can I work it?
