Training experience (as much detail as possible): I trained a little bit in high school, I went for 3 months every 3 months is the best way to put it during my freshman year, sophmore I was lazy and only trained in june, Junior year I just did a lot of cardio throughout the year, Senior year I started training normally for 4-5 days a week every week. I've been doing that since then.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): 4 day split
Mon: Chest
Tues: Biceps
Wed: Tri's + Shoulders
Thurs: Deadlifts and Squats

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
30 minutes of jump roping every 3 days

Natural Daily multiple vitamins w/ Iron
Body Fortress Whey Protein

Current Diet (as much detail as possible):
2250 calories(planned)
720 calories from protein
540 calories from carbs
540 calories from carbs

Short Term Goal:
To get down to 12% bf

Long Term Goal:
Be completely healthy, and after getting to my desired weight maintaining it

I take tylenol for oral pain and my headaches every now and then, don't drink or any ofn that stuff.

I did CEE Pro, I used EST's Lean & Trim Stack, 100% Optimum Whey Protein, Valuewhey Protein, I've always used the same multi-vitamin, I throw in Ginseng, Vitamin C & E every now and then

Training experience (as much detail as possible): I have been weight training for nearly 3 years. I have tried tons of different training regimes and I am also training for a boxing match on December 3rd. I am starting to do a lot of Mixed Martial Arts training (UFC style).

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I have recently switched up my routine in order to train for a boxing match. I am now going to be doing two days of training per week which consists of cardio, kalisthenic muscle building, strecthing and lots of fighting. I am also incorporating at least two full body low intensity weight training workouts per week.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I get lots of cardio in my MMA training but I also do 10-15 mins of warmup cardio on weight training days and I am going to start doing some windsprints and running to get in better cardiovascular shape for my match.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): I am on my last week of X-Factor and I am taking a multi-vitamin and lots of whey by Optimum Nutrition

Current Diet (as much detail as possible): Around 3000 cals per day...lots of protein coming from mainly chicken, beef and lean meats. I eat mostly slow-digesting carbs coming from oats, wheat and whole grain breads and lots of fruits/veggies.

Short Term Goal: Cut down some weight and improve cardiovascular endurance

Long Term Goal: Have a lean physique with quite a bit of muscle mass. I would like to get around 190 at a low but sustainable bodyfat %.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None...I drink occasionally.

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): I have tried it all. Many different types of creatines, lots of thermogenics including thermorexin, stacker 2, cardio breeze, redline, scorch, EC stack, Twinlab Diet Fuel, Anabolic Xtreme Stimulant X, etc...I have used a lot of fatburners. I have also used a couple sesamin products, BCAAs, ZMA and the basics.
