Rate my workout routine, please :).

    Hi guys,
I started working out in early September, and have been eating my planned meals and doing workouts pretty religiously. I am 5'10 and weighed around 145lb. when I first started, and now I am around 165lb (I probably gained quite a few pounds from fat too). I've been a member for quite some time and have been reading the stickies and members posts to routine my workout/diet. This is my current workout:

    Monday: Chest/Triceps
    Chest:
Flat DB Press: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
Incline DB Press: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
Decline BB Press: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
    Triceps:
Close Grip Bench Press: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
Lying Tricep Extensions: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
Rope pull downs: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps

Tuesday: Rest/Cardio (Light jog for 45 min around the neighborhood)

    Wednesday: Back/Biceps
    Back:
Rear Lateral Raises: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
    Deadlifts: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
    Seated Row: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
    Shrugs: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
    Biceps:
Standing BB Curls: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
Preacher BB Curls: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
Standing Hammer Curls: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps

Thursday: Tuesday: Rest/Cardio (Light jog for 45 min around the neighborhood)

    Friday: Shoulders/Abs
    Shoulders:
Front DB Raise: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
    Lateral Raises: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
DB Military Press: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
    Abs:
Medicine Ball Crunch: 2 sets until failure
Twisting Crunches: 2 set until failure

Saturday: Rest/Cardio (Light jog for 45 min around the neighborhood)

    Sunday: Legs
    Legs:
    Squates: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
Seated Leg Curl: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps
Seated Calve Raises: 3 sets @ 8-10 reps

Is there anything I should change? Thanks!

You do more work for biceps then you do for legs...

Change up to a 5x5 program working the big 3. You don't need all that isolation till you actually build a base.
