    Exclamation How many Ounces of chicken...

    Quick question.....

    How many ounces of chicken should I have with my meals? My calorie restriction is 1800 per day. I have seem some of you have 5 and some have 8 ounces....

    i dont think anyone can tell you that. it really depends on how many meals you are having a day and what else you are eating!

    Thanks for your help...

    I am 6" tall
    154 pounds
    waits: 31 inchs

    Don't know my Body Fat at the moment but last time I got it checked it was around 18 %

    I workout 6 days a weeks - Cardio for 40 mins and train for 30-45 mins

    Is there anything you would need to know?
