Man is it just me or does being that "ripped" look freaking disgusting? I mean 6-7% is where id like to be, you're cut and looking good. All that vascularity and striation looks that comes with being like 3% looks down right BAD. I guess a lot of that could be roids too ?

I have no idea why we're still arguing. Munzer is hands down the single most conditioned and lean person that ever walked the face of the earth. He died from complications linked to diuretic abuse... and he was criticized in bodybuilding circles for coming in too lean because it made him look flat. The level of conditioning that he had was sustainable for a few hours at best.. no average joe or Bruce Lee walked around with conditioning that beat the peaked, dehydrated conditioning of an obsessed pro bodybuilder.. In fact, no athlete would WANT to be as ripped as munzer because it would negatively impact their performance..

I totally agree. That just isn't attractive. I am not doubting how impressive of an accomplishment that is. I am currently 16-17% and would be absolutely happy with 6-7%, but if I did somehow get that low, I would never want to be like this guy that is 3%.Originally Posted by kicksteady

Munzer's conditioning was so sharp that it eventually cost him his life. I don't think there is much more to add to the argument.
