    Whey Protein mixed with cup of...

    Hey guys have you ever mixed a shake of whey protein with a cup of oat meal and drank it?

    if you have, how many a days should i take of these?
    iam thinking of taking like 3 shakes daily of Whey protein each one with 2 scoops, to get more protein
    but i have heard that mixin at least one with oat meal is good to get those calories and good fat
