1st place Novice lightweight!!!
I took 1st place in the novice lightweight!!. There were 7 competitiors in my weight class. I did'nt win the overall though. The heavyweight novice winner just was too damn huge!! None the less I am overly happy with my placing!! I was shooting for top 3 but I did'nt expect this.
I'd like to thank all of the people who have supported me on this website and a special super thanks to Layne (AKA) str8flexed for helping me out throughout my dieting. Layne is the man!!
Heres the freaky part. Friday night at the weight in I was 144pds at 5'8. At the night show I weighed my self again And I was 141 !! Crazy when you drop the water intake. After prejudge I had an In and Out cheeseburger and a protein bar before the night show. I came in much more full and ripped for the night show!!
I only have a few pics and they did'nt come out too good but a professional photographer willl be sending me some so I will post those when I get them. Thanks again everyone.

Ebone45 that's AWESOME!! you worked your ass off for this show!! Because to come into a show at your best it takes insane dedication, knowledge of nutrition and training. Also you can say that you actually competed in bodybuilding competition and not only did you compete you came in 1st. How many people can say that!! You talked the talk and you walked the walk!!! EXCELLENT JOB!!!

quite an amazing job. I've seen your before and after pic and the transformation is incredible. I hope that I can reach that physique in the next couple years and compete as well. Overall, great job on the 1st place and your transformation is a great example of what hard work and dedication can do!!!

congrats! You looked great. Your conditioning was great. Bring up those quads/hams/glutes and you will kick all sorts of ass next year. In the meantime, enjoy the food, you earned it!
