    Interesting.

What is on the menu that is good for cutting. I guess Taco bell salad and lean chicken would work.

If you're gonna cheat, at least eat something good. Taco Bell is like one step above the crap they feed barn animals.

Actually I've planned on a grilled stuft burrito. And if I'm especially hungry, I'll add a bean burrito.

Those grilled stuffed burritos are very large and heavy.

There are 640 calories in the Taco Bell Grilled Stuffed Burrito (chicken).

I can't. I used to be a fatass, all through high school. I don't drink sodas or eat desserts. I love Taco Bell though, and incorporated into my diet because I love it so much.

    good choice, bro.

Taco Bell was my cheat meal every sunday when i cut 60 lbs. Me and the guys would spend about $8-9 each and then play basketball for a few hours. And no, never got sick from it. =)

I swapped to Chipotle from taco bell a long time ago, which i think is totally healthier. I still refrain from eating fast food/eating out to less then once/twice a month.

Taco bell disgusts me now, haha.

I cheated today with Taco Bell, two Cheesy Gordita Crunches, after two weeks of like nothing but fruit I had too.

However I did notice that my local Taco Bell integrated a new 'Fresco Menu" that had tacos that were all 9 grams of fat or less.

Taco Bell would turn my stomach at this point. Much better to make your own tacos at home with extra lean ground turkey mixed with salsa, stuffed into a home made taco shell (I bake sprouted grain tortillas into hard shells in the oven), and topped with your favorite toppings like shredded lettuce and tomato chunks!

Taco Bell is delicious. I don't care what anyone says.
    On the individual:

His responses grow intelligent, or gain meaning, simply because he lives and acts in a medium of accepted meanings and values. Through social intercourse, through sharing in the activities embodying beliefs, he gradually acquires a mind of his own. The conception of mind as a purely isolated possession of the self is at the very antipodes of the truth.

    - John Dewey

All are lunatics, but he who can analyze his delusion is called a philosopher.

Just because the ingredients might seem fresher doesn't mean it is healthier. There is a reason why Chipotle doesn't show their nutrition on their website.

For a regular chicken burrito with rice, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream...

1179 calories, 47 grams of fat, 2989 sodium (that is right, nearly 3,000).

Even taking out sour cream and cheese is still almost 1000 calories and almost 30 grams of fat.

I get a special meal right now for dinner to because I couldn't sleep last night so I slept in several hours late. I've had a couple small meals and am going to go to Carls Jr. for a portobello mushroom burger, small fries, and a diet coke. 1200 calories in one sitting, 600 from earlier. zomg...1800 calories so far. Normally I would feel terrible for "cheating" but things work out in my favor this time.

Yes macros aren't on par but I'm not too conscious about them yet, plus the real stuff doesn't start til Jan. 1st for the competition.

k Taco Bell and Carls Jr. ftw
