Bad Cramps After Workout ?
Does Anyone Get Cramps After There Workout?
I Would Get Them Really Bad, After My Bi And Chest Workouts.
Has This Happin To You? What Did You Do To Prevent Them?
Can Anyone Help Out With Some Info.

These people are idiots and aren't really here to help at all... I'm having the same problem man... I can't even run a mile anymore without having to stop and start touching my toes beofre my leg freakin implodes on itself while I lay there in agony... I tried drinking tons of water, eating bannanas, adding more salt to my diet, stretching too... Doesn't matter what I do man they wont stop! Well if I dont workout they stop... BUT I WANT TO WORK OUT! DAMNIT! SOMEONE HELP US!!!!
