if training 7 days a week...whats the BEST routine to stick with for fastest mass gains..
i know everyones body is different..but i just want to try something new out..
i want faster mass gains, but at the same time i want to hit the gym MOSt frequently as possible..

well with all these supplements im taking, and food im eating.. i thought it would be OK to lift my full body twice a week...
plus pu12N12g says dont wqorry about over training...if ur body is sore then dont lift....if its not sore then lift...i do listen to my body and it seems to revocer fast, so therefor i lift 7 days a week workout out different body parts

i do full body twice a week
it takes me two hours total
sunday: calves, deads, bench, military press, rows, atrainer flys
thursday: calves, squats, dips(weighted), chins (weighted), shrugs
all exercises 5X5
ive grown more on this and gotten stronger than when i did 5 days a week two bodyparts a day
i used to lift 5 days a week,

If your body's not getting sore you shouldn't be working out more, you should be either finding a better workout routine that DOES push your muscles to the point they get a little sore, or be alot more intense (either more weight or higher rep) with the workouts you're currently doing.
