    Can someone guess my bf%

    These are two old pictures of me, I've been doing a bulk since then (I'm up 20 pounds but I'm looking a lot less define.) Anyway, I was thinking 13-14% in the first one, and 10-11% in the second? Basically I'm trying to figure out when I want to stop my bulk; and knowing where I was at in these would help.

    I'm 155 in both pics.

    Thanks for the replies everyone.

    I'm up to about 175 now (+20) from those pics, but I've gained some fat too. I think I'm going to aim for 180 @ 10% bf. Just five more pounds; then I'll slowly cut back calories and start a cut.

    Or do you guys think that 180 @ 10% (I'm 5'8" by the way) would still be kinda 'small'?

    Kinda small compared to what? You looked impressive at 155, 180 is gonna look alot bigger than that. It's all about what you want to look like.

    I wish I had a pic of me at 155, relaxed, wearing a t-shirt. The truth is, with a shirt, when I'm chilling in class; you wouldn't know I worked out at all. My arms weren't even 15".

    That routine is awesome I wasn't deadlifting before, but I'm getting the hang of out. The lunges really kick my ass.

    Another 5-10 pounds and I'll post pics again and start my cut.
