Morning vs. Morning Workout
Here's the latest guidelines on pre-workout nutrition from Alan Aragon:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...postcount=3088
U need more than a banana 4 optimum results from ur workout.
I never work out in the morning except for bedside calisthenics, so I just have eggs, oats, milk & fruit.Best Regards,
Ed

I'm finishing the vdiet atm, but next week i'll be back onto -
- 50g oats with 1 cup skim milk w/splenda.
- 4 egg whites and 1 full egg w/splash of skin milk (with mushroom, onion, garlic spring onion mixed into the scramble/ommolette or what ever i'm having)
- 1/2 a teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, this is enough...
But food is food, chineses eat yumcha, other asians eat noodles, lots eat cereal, if I didn't want a traditional breakfast there is nothing wrong with having chicken pasta or spag bolo or chicken and rice? It's still food... All this breakfast stuff is traditional, so eat wht you like.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=120534891 - May 1st Challenge. (Prize!) Thread

1/2 cup of oats nuked with 1 cup of waterand cinnamon to taste.
When it's done I mix in 1 cup CC.
The end result doesn't look too attractive, but the CC cools down the oats enough to eat so it's quick...and I find it tastes great.

I generally eat my breakfast about 45 minutes or so before I end up heading to the gym. My food's probably not fully digested, but I feel fine when I workout and it's been a long time since I threw up from a workout. I get nauseous plenty during my heavy workouts, but it passes after awhile.

cong yi asian rice soup i had it when i was in laos and it is wondeful on a cold day
brown rice
3 times as much water as rice
chicken broth or soup mix or boullian

oregano
and then you can just experiment with it i add curry paste some thai chili sauce
a egg for protean sometimes a diced skineless chicken breast what ever sounds appealing
