U need more than a banana 4 optimum results from ur workout.

I never work out in the morning except for bedside calisthenics, so I just have eggs, oats, milk & fruit.

I'm finishing the vdiet atm, but next week i'll be back onto -

    - 50g oats with 1 cup skim milk w/splenda.
    - 4 egg whites and 1 full egg w/splash of skin milk (with mushroom, onion, garlic spring onion mixed into the scramble/ommolette or what ever i'm having)
    - 1/2 a teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, this is enough...

But food is food, chineses eat yumcha, other asians eat noodles, lots eat cereal, if I didn't want a traditional breakfast there is nothing wrong with having chicken pasta or spag bolo or chicken and rice? It's still food... All this breakfast stuff is traditional, so eat wht you like.

    oats(raw yum) half cup
    protein shake with milk
    raisin bran 1 cup

sometimes replace the oats with quarter cup of almonds or switch the raisin bran with just 1 cup of oats.

not the greatest but it takes literally no time.. which works for me :P

Varies. Usually 2-4 egg whites with 1 whole egg, rice or oats, some chopped veggies and / or some fruit. Lately it has been cottage cheese (low fat), Low fat yogurt, fruit (banana, grapes, apple, etc.) and nut butter because I am tired of eggs.
I Can't and I'm Tired never accomplished anything.

1/2 cup of oats nuked with 1 cup of waterand cinnamon to taste.

When it's done I mix in 1 cup CC.

The end result doesn't look too attractive, but the CC cools down the oats enough to eat so it's quick...and I find it tastes great.

    Peace,
    Mike

I generally eat my breakfast about 45 minutes or so before I end up heading to the gym. My food's probably not fully digested, but I feel fine when I workout and it's been a long time since I threw up from a workout. I get nauseous plenty during my heavy workouts, but it passes after awhile.

2 poached (or fried with spray oil) eggs,
    100g of meat,
    glass of semi-skimmed milk,
    whole-grain toast.

Or if training in the morning then it's black RocketFuel coffee with whole-grain toast and a fruit (nothing high in protein or fat) about half hour before my workout.
