I am currently re-loading on higher power creatine basically this is the second time I have loaded on this creatine. First off it works great and I highly recommend it to anyone.
I did have a question though I am currently dosing about 30 grams of creatine a day for my first week and then after that I stick to about 20 grams a week for 3 weeks then the 4th week I am off then I start back over again..I heard that this is recommended but I am not sure that this is the route that I should be taking.
I am currently on my loading phase as said before and for some reason either its some type of poison in my body or I am dosing too much creatine because I have the runs from time to time...its not always runny but sometimes it is. I have ordered some fiber chews to increase my fiber intake..is this my problem? Do I have a fiber insufficiency? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
