Does chewing gum work out your jaw?

No.
But it does make your digestive system work harder, making you burn more fat.

Put your hand on your jaw. Do you feel muscle? Yes, but how much? A very small amount.
Do you really think you could make that muscle grow by chewing gum? And even if you could, do you think you could make it grow enough to make a noticeable difference? Doubtful.
People who have a strong jawline have it because of their facial structure. Not because they chewed bubble tape and gummy worms when they were younger.

It's actually bad for you because your stomach thinks that you are eating because you are chewing.. So something with the acids in your stomach happens.

yes it does, my right jaw muscle is thicker than my left. Since i always used to chew gum on my right side. But it is just the muscle, i got defined jaw bones naturally and due to low body fat% sry brah.
