How many grams of chicken breast?

do I have to eat to get ~ 160 g of protein? And is it a good way to eat 55/35/15 % (good carbs, proteins and fats) for clean bulk?

100 grams of chicken has 23 grams of protein. I'll let you do the math

3 1/2 oz of chicken is about 30 grams of protein i think. Are You Saying that you would get all of your protein from chicken? If Yes, then I would say that isn't the smartest idea. You Should Use wide range including chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, Steak, eggs(whites and yolks), milk, cottage Cheese, and even powder (whey and maybe Casein.
