Coconut oil
I've heard so much about coconut oil so I went out and bought some. The problem is, is that I cant seem to find my "101 uses for coconut oil" book.
Can Some you you give me some Ideas on what to use it in?

Use it like normal oil and cook various foods in it.
It makes for some good equator dishes. Carribean, Mexican, Polynesian, and so on.

I fried an omelet in it and added a bit of cinnamon - tasted kinda like a dessert (for keto), since the oil has a very coconutty flavor. I thought it was good. I also heard of people freezing a piece of it and then eating it like a coconut candy since it gets hard in the cold.

I found coconut oil at the store although I have never tried it.
It looks expensive. Is coconut oil worth the money? Thanks, Bo

www.tropicaltraditions.com I love this store and it sells the only coconut oil/products I will ever buy. They have a recipes section there that has a pretty good selection of recipes using coconut oil/products.

Cook turkey bacon in it...mmmm...
Good for stirfry, too, esp. if you make a thai-style one..

Tried it in my coffee.... Couldn't taste it very much but with decaf makes a nice night-time keto-friendly snack. I do like using it for cooking thai and indian style food. Also if you mix it with a bit of splenda it makes a speedy keto snack too.
I find it really cheap at one of my local asian supermarkets. I've found it also at places that supply carribean foods.

I tried this just now and it was yummy! Just a plain omelet with cinnamon and splenda added fried in the coconut oil.... So simple but so good!

Oh as for where to get it, I just saw some extra virgin CO at walmart the other day, comes in a white container in the vitamin section and it has about 31 servings or something for 9 bucks. Pretty good deal.

so i just bought this due to its supposed thyroid function-boosting qualities. tried the stuff in coffee... now i like cream in my coffee fine but there's something weird about fat particles floating around in coffee.
upside - i feel better than if i had just done a toot. i wonder if i could powder it and snort it.
