Hey, so i'm trying to come up with a proper back workout, cause most of ones that i've find need extra equipment, pullys n stuff....
At home i have a bench, barbells and dumbells, and a pullups bar (but it's hard and akward, in the door way)
Anybody already have a routine that fits or any ideas?
Thanks alot
Zeam

You can also do bent-over reverse dumbbell flyes.
Do dumbbell pullovers if barbell pullovers are too much.
If you can mount your pullup bar lower to the floor (maybe 3-4 feet above the floor) you can do reverse pushups--hang by your arms under the bar, with your feet on the floor in front of you and your face facing the bar above you, and pull yourself up so that your chest touches the bar.

deadlifts
bb row
pull ups
db row
bent-over reverse db flyes
theres a back routine for you if you're doing just a back day. you might want to swap deadlifts and bb rows around if you like because some people struggle with bb rows after deadlifts because deads will take a fair bit out of you.pain of discipline >> pain of disapointment
