Get rid of water weight
Has anyone tried a supplement to help get rid of water weight that's actually worked? I'm thinking of adding one but I have my doubts about it even working.

Taraxatone by cytodyne and xpel by mhp worked well for me. Make sure you have a good handle on your water and sodium intake before you try these. You can definitely expect frequent bathroom visits though.

EAS had a great one a few years back.
Anyone remember it? I think it was at least the late '90's since I last saw it.

Watch your sodium and carb intake. Drink lots of water. Asparagus is a natural diuretic. I don't recommend using a supplemental diuretic unless you're trying to peak for a competition or photo shoot.

It's kinda difficult for me to eat whatever foods I want since I'm deployed and subjected to whatever the D-Fac is serving each day. I'll add that vegetable when I get back in 2 weeks. It's not a favorite of mine's I'm willing to make a sacrifice. Thanx
