The only upper chest workout I know of is the incline bench. Is there anything variation of a pushup that would target the upper chest or something?

There is something about going TO the gym, the atmosphere, etc that keeps me motivated. I'm not sure I would be as motivated if it were in my basement. So i'll just gloat about my gym. *gloats*Height - almost 5'10"

Or wait.. the home gym is 90 degrees? Is that why you work out naked? Or were you just implying that if you wished to... you could? I bet your wife loves/would love that. I am laughing at what it would look like when you're doing squats...
oh nevermind.... gross.Height - almost 5'10"
