Ive read somewhere on these boards that sleeping is where your muscle recovers. So would that mean the more you sleep the better your muscle recovers and the more gains you get from workout?

too much sleep can also be a bad thing.
like, someone already said, if you sleep a whole lot, you'll wake up tired and feeling like ****. you'll also have wasted a good chunk of your day if you're doing 10+ hours, hours that could have been used for other productive things. your body also will go into a catabolic state after X amount of hours sleeping because of lack of incoming nutrients, so eventually it will be detrimental to you.
I'd go or 7-9 hours a night.--Puts hand on ass and blows protein farts and sniffs it crew
--Think I have secret powers I just haven't unlocked yet crew
--lol'ed at Xbox 180 backtracking crew
--Think every girl who is nice to me wants the d crew
