    quads hurt after sit ups?

    seriously. i have no clue if the sit ups are working my abs at all, because it hruts my legs too much.

    help? >.<

    u need to make sure that you are concentrating on tensing ur abs while ur doing crunches, just completing the motion won't do; this is especially important, I find, when doing leg raises.

    are you doing decline situps with your legs in the thing so you stay on the decline if so maybe it's you abductors that are kinda getting worked

    That used to happen to me. When I did sit ups on a decline bench it felt like my quads were cramping up. I don't know why but it doesn't happen anymore. It might have been because I was trying to help myself out by using my legs.
