    hey guys im eating a keto diet , im slowly going into it , when i get to the least carbs itll be a


    fat carbs protein
    149 65 176 i think 2200 somethig calories

    Good starting point. Everyone is different, so you may have to play with the ratio's to suit your metabolism.

    Carbing up for 24-36hrs is good(not 48). This is not a cheat day. You still must stay within the calorie range. Just reverse the diet and go high carbs, moderate protien and low fat. If you start to feel bloated--stop.
