I need help with this recipe (nutrition facts)

Hey... i tried out this new recipie that "Big_Mike" gave me.. for his Protien Pasta.. gotta say ... the stuff is GOOD... love it *thnx*

but... now one thing is driving me crazy... how much stuff am i getting from it?

    calories... carbs... fat... protien... etc

heres what i did... for the sause

3 bottles of Healthy Choice Pasta sause... *60 cal, 0 fat , 13 carbs , 2 protien per serving of 1/2 cup* and each bottle was 26oz

5lbs of 90% lean ground beef 10% fat... *dont know anything about this... the lable doesnt say anything *

2 cans of Tuna..*forgot what it has.. but im sure most of u know whats in it*

i boiled the beef till it was cooked.. and strained out all the water.. which had most of the fat i think... so take that into account... then in another pot... poured all the beef and the bottles of pasta sause... and 2 cans of squeezed tuna... mixed it.. n cooked it for a while.. and thats the sause..

lets just say... 1 cup of this sause is a serving for me... how much "stuff" is in it?... the nutrition facts that is...

    ----

next.. the pasta is Wheat pasta... 2oz is 210calories , 1.5 fat , 41 carbs and 7 fat

so how much is in ONE cup?...

    thnx... this is GREATLY appreciated

lol yeah, its gonna be pretty complicated, find the total weight, find out how much a cup weighs, and assume its homogeneous

    5lbs beef
    2cans tuna
    3bottles souce

find out the info for each, divide by how many cups you get total, won't be too acurate but better than nothing

weigh the pasta dry, if you make a bunch of pasta at once weigh it dry find the total, figure how many severings it is, then weigh the cooked pasta to that many equal servings
