Basically, how should i plan a 12 month eating plan. Do i bulk for 4 months then get cut for the rest of the (summer) year, or do i throw a mini bulk in there for a short period, say 6 weeks or so and resume cut diet?

I'm a bit confused...your body stats show that you are 25% body fat, is that updated? Why on earth would anyone think about "bulking" at that bodyfat %? I'm not trying to give you a hard time, just being honest. I wouldn't be bulking at all until I had a good foundation to work with. Eat clean, hit the weights and cardio, concentrate on cutting for now.
