i wouldnt be taking creatine during season on account that you will be loosing massive amounts of water during practice and will most likely become dehydrated. do some reseach on it.

Wow, your lift workout comes 15 minutes before your wrestling practice? I'm not criticizing you, for all I know your workouts don't effect you as much as it does I. However, the muscle fatigue I receive from a good lift isn't just menial muscle fatigue, it's all around strength loss and loss of major function. Normally after an arm workout, I have a hard enough time lifting myself into my car let alone wrestling an formidable opponent. Anywho, I've heard rumors that CEE causes less dehydration than monohydrate, and as long as your coach is letting you take a surplus of water breaks I think you should be fine as long as you're not trying to cut water weight to make weight while on your creatine. I had many teammates who would start supplementing creatine just for wrestling because it reduced their muscle fatigue on the mat. I give it a thumbs up.

I agree with the above statement. I would be more worried about you being able to workout AND practice while still maintaing gains, I would honestly think you're going to suffer in one or the other.

Also, if you don't know the coach, than you may be hard pressed to get those waterbreaks. A lifting buddy of mine was taking his creatine (mono) during football season, and wasn't allowed to get enough water breaks, and he almost passed out a few times during the first week of summer training. He told the coach that he was supplementing with creatine, and coach basically told him to leave the "junk" at home and train naturally.

ok ive been looking up stuff in the forums and i think i gots it.

im gonna take about 200g protein a day (id like to take more but no job equals no money) ill take a pre workout shake before i lift.

this is how my lifting goes.

i try to gain at least 5 pounds a week on everything.

all of this is big weights low reps

    squat 4x4

    bench 4x4 or 5

    incline bench 4x4

    power clean 4x4

then im going to take my creatine before wrestling practice. then after practice take a post workout shake and post workout creatine
