yeah, a general rule of thumb to go by is one drink = one hour to dissipate. and i'm pretty sure the breathalyzer (sp?) doesn't pick up alcohol less or more than what is in your system, regardless of time. if the drink is gone, it's gone, and if it's still there, it'll going to show positive results.STATS:

its an hour for every drink you have. the time starting once you stop drinking.
you finish your beer. an hour later its out of your system.
however if you drink one beer, then another 10 minutes later... its going to be 2 hours after the 2nd drink is finished.
so basically you that keeps going, you drink 5 in a couple hours. 5 hours after you last drink you will be good to go.
1 and a half shots = 1 beer
o and also, more then 5 drinks for a guy is considered "binge" drinking"
o and mixing that caffine and alcohol is ****ing terrible for your heart. like redbull and vodka? could destroy you.
