Anyway, here is my 6 month progress. I know I gained a little bit of fat but I'm going to start cutting around April.
Here is my routine and pics:
Stats: 5'8 and 154 lbs
Supplements: Whey Protein and Glutamine.
Here is my routine: it's a weird schedule but it seems to be working.
Day 1:
Squats 3x5
Bench Press 5x5
Incline Dumbell 3x8
Weighted Dips 3x8
Tricep Pulley Machine Using Rope 3x8
Tricep Pulley Machine Using Metal Triangle 3x8
Decline Bench with weight on chest for ABS 5x12
Day 2:
Deadlifts 5x5
Rows on Machine 3x8
Lat Pulldowns 3x8
Pullups 3 sets until failure
Hammer Curls 3x8
Barbell Curls 3x8
Day 3: OFF
Day 4:
Press 5x5
Squats 3x5
Shrugs 3x8
Pullups 3 sets until failure
Decline Bench with weight on chest for ABS 5x12
and an old pic of what I looked like from the side after 1 week of working out or something to that effect...
