475 Pounds

I went over to my grandmother's house today for christmas and she had pictures of me from exactly one year ago on christmas day. It was 5 days before I decided to change my life for the better and start working out and lose all that fat. I just wanted to share this so others know where I came from and how far I have made it in only one year.

nice job again man how are the issues with the access skin? have u had or considered having surgery? i plan on waiting for a bit but will get surgery done myself my heaviest was about 420 or so

Awesome job man. Reps for the inspiration. I was up and down all year and ended up only 15 pounds down. I was 40 at one point because I didnt see the point.

You have inspired me as to what can be accomplished in one year...

We'll see on the whole surgery thing, I am no fan of surgery of any kind, so I will try my best to tighten it up by cutting to a very low bodyfat percentage and go from there.

That's the way man! Awesome work and keep us informed on all of your progress in becoming an Officer of the Law! Let us know how the skin issue pans out as well. I've been very interested in the success of folks trying the most natural methods to reduce loose skin so that I can have a leg to stand on when giving recommendations to friends and colleagues.

Nice job, Bit of advice on your future profession, As a current police officer i suggest you get in the habit of running, Once you start running try it with a weighted vest to equal the amount of gear/equipment you'll have on! Its a big difference running after someone in all the gear compared to shorts and a tshirt.

Also, you may want to consider bringing your lunch(not alot of time to get a healthy meal, usually its a quick grab and go

Amazing. Not really anything else you can say. It's hard to not get mad at people that bitch about trying to lose 15-20 pounds because they are just lazy or 'don't have the time' when you see stuff like this.

yeah well i been very low in bodyfat and it hasnt helped as far as the skin goes it isnt as bad as i expected it to be but even being 5 to 7 percent to 10 percent made no difference as far as the skin goes
